At Talk Drums the lessons are relaxed and informal, with the emphasis on the fun and enjoyment that can be gained from learning and playing a musical instrument. Lessons take place in a dedicated studio on a Roland TD20 electronic drum kit. Music playback facilities allow for “play along” sessions. Students can study for graded exams if they wish or just play for fun! The lessons cover many styles of music, technique, music theory, equipment selection, tuning and maintenance. Everything the aspiring drummer needs to know! We offer support for GCSE and A’ level music theory, performance and composition. We can even record students performances in the studio! For more information please contact us.
